Shipping Methods

1. Freight (pallet shipments)

Kaukokiito

Returns can be arranged via the Kaukoputki service by selecting “New Order” in the top navigation.
Please note: select receiver as the payer of the freight at the bottom of the page.
You can also order the transport by phone at 0100 4321 (Mon-Fri 7:00-17:00).

Freight service contract number: 365214 (to be entered as the receiver’s contract number)

2. Parcels

Matkahuolto

Parcels can be returned directly to a Matkahuolto service point using our contract number.

Maximum parcel dimensions:
60 × 60 × 100 cm or 35 × 60 × 200 cm

Posti

Parcels can be returned directly to a Posti service point using our contract number.

Maximum parcel dimensions:
Maximum length: 200cm
Maximum combined length and girth: 300cm
