Please kindly return any old, defective, or sample products to us.

Shipping Methods

1. Freight (pallet shipments)

Kaukokiito

Returns can be arranged via the Kaukoputki service by selecting “New Order” in the top navigation.
Please note: select receiver as the payer of the freight at the bottom of the page.
You can also order the transport by phone at 0100 4321 (Mon-Fri 7:00-17:00).

Freight service contract number: 365214 (to be entered as the receiver’s contract number)

2. Parcels

Matkahuolto

Parcels can be returned directly to a Matkahuolto service point using our contract number.

Please note: Once you have dropped off your return at a Matkahuolto service point, please notify us by email at info@finlight.fi.

Please include your sales order number or the complaint number (QNCxxx) provided by us so that we can identify the return correctly. We do not receive tracking information for returns sent via Matkahuolto, so your notification helps us keep track of the return and its arrival.

60 × 60 × 100 cm or 35 × 60 × 200 cm
