LED High Bay Luminaire for Industrial Facilities and Warehouses

FL-SHB2 is an advanced LED high bay luminaire designed for general and task lighting in high-ceiling indoor and outdoor applications. The luminaire comes with a DALI-2 dimmable driver as standard, allowing the lighting to be controlled according to operational needs.

FL-SHB2 features easily interchangeable optical lenses. The luminaire is supplied as standard with an exceptionally narrow 35° optic, offering a precisely defined light distribution for high mounting heights. The light distribution can be adapted to the mounting height and the requirements of the illuminated area or application with alternative 60°, 90° and 120° optics. The luminaire's IP65 ingress protection rating and IK10 impact resistance make it suitable for demanding industrial environments. A breather valve fitted as standard equalizes pressure differences inside the luminaire housing and reduces the risk of condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.

Applications and Suitability

FL-SHB2 is suitable for applications such as industrial production facilities, high-bay warehouses, logistics centers, terminals, maintenance halls and covered loading areas. The luminaire can be mounted directly to a ceiling or another suitable surface using the supplied mounting bracket, or suspended from the eye bolt using cables or chains. The IP65 ingress protection rating and operating temperature range of -40°C to +50°C also allow the FL-SHB2 to be used in outdoor installations exposed to weather conditions.

Accessories and Compatibility

An optional PRB pendant rod bracket (order code 10021294) is available separately for the FL-SHB2, allowing the luminaire to be rigidly suspended below a ceiling or another suitable structure. The rigid pendant mounting bracket is designed for outdoor installations and covered loading and maintenance areas where wind could cause a luminaire suspended by cables or chains to sway, resulting in unwanted movement of the light distribution. The PRB bracket has a standard length of 1 meter, which can be customized to suit the installation requirements.

• Valonohjaus: DALI-2-himmennettävä liitäntälaite vakiovarusteena. Erilliset syöttö- ja DALI-kaapelit.

• Asennus: Pinta-asennussanka ja Ø25 mm silmäpultti ripustusasennukseen sisältyvät toimitukseen. Lisäksi 0,8 m RST-turvavaijeri vakiovarusteena.
• Kytkentä: 50 cm syöttö- ja DALI-kaapelit, kaapelien halkaisijat 8 mm (AC) ja 6 mm (DALI). Valaisin ei tue läpijohdotusta.
• Käyttöolosuhteet: IP65, IK10, −40…+50 °C. 240 W:n variantissa enimmäiskäyttölämpötila +40 °C.
• Sähköinen mitoitus: Ryhmäkohtaiset valaisinmäärät ja johdonsuojakatkaisijoiden yhteensopivuus tarkistettava datakortin kuormitustaulukosta.
